As Calendly began the first steps in rolling out their new brand identity designed by Pentagram, they reached out to the Chil team to capture imagery to compliment their fresh identity. The Calendly team was looking to add photography to their revamped website and overall brand. After leadership photography, we began the process of photographing on-brand imagery for Calendly to use on their website along with other branding and marketing projects.
Calendly is used by a wide range of sectors to help schedule meetings and smoothly operate businesses. It was important to capture this diversity in users in the photography. Our team scouted and organized locations, models, and times for each shoot. Over the course of 5 weeks, we executed 7 productions across 6 locations. Each location was specific to a different sector of business that Calendly is used in, whether that be the beauty salon or the office. Along with scouting models, our team organized stylists and makeup artists for each shoot. From personal trainers to professors, our team was able to capture imagery that reflected the users of Calendly.
Nearing the launch, Calendly asked our team to help with teasing and announcing their new brand identity. Our team created a teaser campaign, using motion and still graphics.
