Bhargava believes in passion, intent, culture and creativity. He created the company out of his passion for delivering high-quality photography, video, and web content to clients.

Through his years of production experience, he has led many individuals, start-ups, small businesses, and large organizations through branding/re-branding projects, website launches, and social media strategy, implementation, and management.

Co-founder + Chief Operating Officer

Anu is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Chil & Co. With over two decades of experience in operations, project management, and organizational leadership, she oversees operations, compliance, and client services across a diverse portfolio spanning Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and public institutions.

Grounded in her academic background, Anu is driven by a commitment to building inclusive, efficient systems that empower creative teams and support long-term, sustainable growth.
