GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
Our creative team is seeking a creative and self-motivated Graphic Design Intern to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. You will work directly with the Creative Director and Project Manager. The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Candidates must provide a portfolio or examples of previous work or classwork to be considered.
Responsibilities include:
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements from the client, creative director, and project manager
Develop illustrations such as logos, social media flyers, social media promotions, and other designs
Adhere to brand guidelines already available or given by clients.
Produce graphics for multiple mediums with ease. (Social media, email marketing, and/or web)
Adhering to the lifecycle of the full design process, organize assets, rough drafts, final designs using Dropbox and Asana
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and In-design
Experience with Web + UX Design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills in order to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and with other teams
Ability to receive feedback and criticism with poise
Willingness to learn new skills
Fluency and passion for brands and media
Compensation / Length:
3-Months / 15-20 hours per week
This is an unpaid internship
The agency provides a $15 stipend per day for transportation and meals
This is a hybrid position where you will work remotely most of the time and commute to Atlanta and or the surrounding area 2-3 times a month.The compensation for this position is currently listed as unpaid for the first 3 months with a $15 per day stipend. If offered the position, you will be offered a 5-day remote trial run. Upon successful completion of the trial run, you will be offered an internship position with a $15 per day stipend. By the end of the three-month contract, our interns are fully immersed in our creative and day-to-day processes. If successful, they begin phase two as a paid contractor.
