The Challenge

Windsor Communities, a leader in upscale residential living, sought to elevate its marketing materials by capturing high-quality photos of its properties and creating an engaging instructional video for the Tour24 app. The photos needed to showcase both the interiors and exteriors of their communities, emphasizing the lifestyle and luxury offered at each location. Additionally, the video aimed to provide potential residents with a clear and seamless guide to using the Tour24 app for self-guided property tours.

Our Approach

Chil & Co. collaborated with Windsor Communities to deliver a comprehensive visual and digital strategy:

  • High-Quality Photography: We captured professional-grade images of their buildings, highlighting the architectural design, landscaping, and inviting interiors. The goal was to convey a sense of sophistication and comfort while aligning with Windsor’s brand aesthetics.

  • Video Production for Tour24: To simplify the self-guided tour process, we produced an instructional video demonstrating how to use the Tour24 app. The video walked potential residents through the app’s key features, from signing up to accessing and exploring the property independently.

  • On-Brand Visuals: All photos and videos adhered to Windsor Communities’ branding guidelines, ensuring consistency and reinforcing their premium positioning.

  • Collaborative Workflow: We worked closely with Windsor’s marketing team to identify key elements to highlight in the photos and structure the video to address common questions and provide a smooth user experience.
