VIDEOGRAPHER FREELANCER

Our agency is seeking a creative and driven videographer freelancer to join our freelancer hub. Our ideal candidate has experience with production, and post-production within the Adobe suite and possesses the ability to adapt to a team workflow. The ideal candidate is also someone who is interested in pursuing a career in creative short-form content creation. This candidate will work on a project-to-project basis working on productions for various clients.

 Responsibilities: 

1. Production

   1. Filming short-form content using your equipment or the company’s equipment

   2. Working knowledge of stabilizers and sliders

   3. Working knowledge of grip

   4. Working knowledge of continuous lighting equipment

   5. Working knowledge of live audio capture

2. Post-production

   1. Organizing + backing up footage

   2. Editing short-form content (IG posts, reels, stories etc.)

   3. Pitching / presenting content to internal team + clients

   4. Working knowledge of after-effects+

Required Skills:

1. DSLR Video Production

2. Adobe Premiere (Intermediate / Expert level knowledge)

3. Adobe After-effects (Intermediate + level knowledge)

4. File organization

5. Small gimbal operation (Ronin-S / M or similar)

 Compensation / Length:

 $25 - $60 for production; $15-25/hr for editing based on experience

*As a client-driven agency, our workload varies month-to-month based on project demands. Hours for this role may fluctuate, with some periods busier than others. Flexibility is key, and we’ll keep communication open to help manage changes. This role offers diverse project experience within a supportive team.
